UK Shipping

All orders are aimed to be dispatched within 2-5 working days. Handmade products (Harpers Hounds) will be dispatched within 5-7 working days.

  • Free UK Shipping on orders £50 and over
  • Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For - £4.85
  • Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For - £4.20
  • Royal Mail Next Day Delivery - £7.65*

Orders must be placed before 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the following working day.

Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail. Please allow 5 working days from the date of dispatch before contacting us if you have not received your order.

International Shipping
Europe

  • International Standard - £6.75
  • International Tracked & Signed - £10.75

Typically for Europe, delivery is expected 5-7 working days following the date of dispatch (or 3-5 working days for Tracked & Signed). Please allow 14 working days from the date of dispatch before contacting us if you haven't received your order.

Please note, customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes due on their order. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

If any unclaimed items are returned to us, we will contact you to process a refund of the product (s), minus any shipping costs.

Everywhere Else

  • International Standard - £11.50
  • International Tracked & Signed - £15.00

Typically everywhere else, delivery is expected 7-10 working days following the date of dispatch (or 5-7 working days for Tracked & Signed). Please allow 14 working days from the date of dispatch before contacting us if you haven't received your order.

Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us via email at woof@lovenala.co.uk and we can look to assist. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order if it has already been dispatched.

Returns Policy
We hope you love your item(s) however if you wish to return your item(s), please submit your request to woof@lovenala.co.uk , to include:

  • Order Name
  • Order Number

This request is to be completed within 14 days of placing your order, to be eligible for a full refund (minus any shipping costs).

Please allow up to 3 working days for a response to confirm process and return shipping address. You have 7 days from the date of this email, to ship your returned item(s).

The item(s) must be returned to us in the original condition and in original packaging. Item(s) must not be worn, washed, or show any sign of use.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service with proof of postage, as we will not be liable for any lost orders on return to ourselves.

Once returned item(s) are received and confirmed to be in a resaleable condition, we will confirm and process your refund to the original payment method, within 7-10 business days.

If the returned item(s) are not in a resaleable condition, we unfortunately will not be able to provide a refund (unless confirmed as faulty or damaged prior to return).

If you originally purchased and received free shipping, this amount will be deducted from the amount refunded to yourself.

Harpers Hounds Neckties are handmade, therefore care not eligible for returns/refunds. Please ensure you do order the correct sizing due to this.

If you purchased during a sale to include a free product, this free product must also be returned with the order, or will be deducted from the refund value.

Exchanges

Due to the possibility of our product(s) selling out, we will not be able to accept exchanges at this time. Please follow the ‘Returns Policy’ and proceed to re-order your desired product(s).

Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged upon arrival, or you receive the incorrect item, please email woof@lovenala.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your item(s), to include:

  • Order Name
  • Order Number
  • Description of Faulty or Damaged Item

Please allow up to 3 working days for a response to confirm process and return shipping address. You have 7 days from the date of this email, to ship your returned item(s).

The item(s) must be returned to us in the original condition and in original packaging. Item(s) must not be worn, washed, or show any sign of use.

The shipping costs will be covered by ourselves and either a refund or replacement item provided.
